Who this is for
Families where one person holds signing authority for multiple offline wallets, safety deposit contents, or paper asset records—and where heirs would struggle to locate or interpret those holdings without guidance.
What you receive
- A structured inventory document listing each offline wallet, paper record, and custody location
- A custody map noting who holds keys, PIN envelopes, or deed folders
- A plain-language summary of items that require legal or tax counsel before transfer
- A checklist for annual review and update
What is excluded
We do not provide legal advice, tax filing, asset valuation, or trading services. We document what exists and where; your attorney and accountant interpret transfer implications.
Process
Session one (90 minutes): We gather physical items you choose to disclose, photograph serial labels where appropriate, and record locations and access constraints. You may exclude specific items from the written record.
Between sessions: We draft the inventory document and send a review copy by encrypted email.
Session two (90 minutes): We walk through the draft with you and one designated heir or co-steward if you wish. Revisions are incorporated on the spot.
Preparation
Bring a list of known holdings, any existing folder labels, and contact details for professionals already involved (attorney, accountant). Do not bring private keys or seed phrases to our office; we document presence and custody, not secret values.
Next step
Contact us with your household size, approximate number of offline holdings, and preferred dates. We respond within two business days with availability and a scoped quote.
