Scope
This policy applies to consultation sessions, workshops, and annual update services booked directly with Content Birchpath. It does not cover purchases made through the Microsoft Store or other third parties.
Booking and deposits
Workshops and readiness reviews are confirmed upon payment of the full session fee. Family Wallet Inventory Consultations may be invoiced after session one; payment for the full package is due before session two materials are finalized.
Cancellation by client
More than 7 days before session: Full refund of fees paid, or free rescheduling once.
3–7 days before session: 50% refund or one free reschedule within 30 days.
Less than 3 days before session or no-show: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion with a ₩50,000 fee.
Work started on draft inventories before cancellation is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Content Birchpath
If we cancel due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.
Partial refunds
If session one completes but you choose not to continue to session two, fees for session two and undelivered materials are refunded minus ₩200,000 for session one and drafting work completed.
Non-refundable items
- Completed and delivered inventory documents
- Printed binders already shipped
- Scheduling fees for urgent appointments
- Travel surcharges for home visits already performed
- Workshop materials distributed to participants
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original bank transfer account within 14 business days of approved cancellation.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is included when requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional changes incur ₩30,000 per change.
